Paper Tube shipped my order super quick... but then a blizzard hit and slowed things down! UPS was terrible with the tracking updates, yet Paper Tube kept me informed and told me precisely where my package was. I opted for 2-day air, but that plan fell through (not the company's fault, for sure).
